Job Summary:
- 6+ yrs of proven experience in Software Testing
- 4+ years of strong automation experience using QTP / Selenium / Rational / Open source tools (Experience in multiple Automation tools is a must)
- Experience in framework design and tool evaluation
- Good experience in developing and enhancing the Automation Scripts
- Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux environment is mandatory
- Good overseas and offshore delivery experience in Lead role
- Experience leading team sizes between 3-5 members
