Job Summary:

• Strong skills in IBM Websphere MQ messaging.
• Scope is on Applications using MQ as well as MQ Admin
• Address helpdesk tickets and ad-hoc support requests
• Deliver Service improvements to eliminate root cause issues
• Provide Service Operations including system monitoring, alert handling
• Should work independently and communicate with customer directly
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills needed
• Should be ready to work in APAC/Europe shifts and on-call for P1 tickets/issues.
