- Experience with supporting complex technical infrastructures including some or all of the following:
- Windows 2008 R2 Operating System.
- Active Directory in a multi-forest environment.
- Microsoft Exchange 2010 in a resource forest environment.
- Microsoft SharePoint in a resource forest environment.
- Blackberry Enterprise Server.
- Hyper-V and/or VMWare utilizing high-availability technologies.
- Microsoft System Center solutions including:
- Service Manager
- Configuration Manager
- Operations Manager
- Virtual Machine Manager
