  • Strong understanding on Peoplsoft HRMS.
  • Excellent skills in analysis, development.
  • Modules worked on Core HR, Payroll, ePerformance, Base Benefits, Profile Management, Time & Labor, NA Payroll, Global Payroll, Training, Success and Career Planning, eRecruit.
  • Tools & Techniques Used on PeopleTools Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Data Mover, Reporting Tools - PS Query & XML/P, SQR, SQL Databases on SQL Server.
  • Excellent communication & documentation skills.
  • Ability to follow coding standards.
  • Strong team player able to work as a team member.
  • Should be ready to work in UK shift hours.
  • Experience in support activities of Peoplesoft
