- 5+ years of experience in Administration of SQL Server 2000/2005/2008/2008R2/2012
- SQL Server Installation, Configuration, Patching in Standalone/Cluster environments. Troubleshooting the SQL Server Setup Failure Issues
- Experience in Database Upgradation and Migration processes across different versions
- Experience in working with SQL Server 2000 is must.
- Proven experience using Transact SQL, Stored Procedures and UDF
- Good knowledge and experience in Database Performance Tuning and Monitoring using tools like SQL Profiler, DMVs etc
- Familiarity with basic SQL Server Integration Services packages
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems
- Understanding of database indexes and index management
- Experience in backup/restore, disaster recovery.
- Experience in configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting SQL Server high availability solutions including Replication, Mirroring and SQL Server clustering.
