Job Summary:

  • Day to Day Operations, plan, optimize, Avaya platforms including CM6.x.x and up, CMS 17, MXE, One-X, Aura Messaging, Ecas, SIP integration to the desktop end points
  • Major & Minor alarm review/response
  • Knowledge sharing, documentation, peer training, communications
  • On call rotation
  • H323 to Sip migration
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Positive customer service and team attitude (helping others when required)
  • Focused on quality
  • Committed to continual improvement
  • Willing to work in 24x7 support
  • Excellent Communication Skills
