- Need very strong Oracle PL/SQL skills, communication (verbal, written) skills
- Should be ready to work in shifts.(7 AM to 3 PM, 3 PM to 11 PM)
- Monitoring applications. Root cause reported issues
- Provide short term fix, Provide analysis for long term fix
- Report generation and publishing documentation
- Support coverage in shifts
- Attending P1/P2 calls and providing information,solution
