- Hands on experience in handling Cisco IP telephony Network Infrastructure.
- Good basic understanding of switching - VLAN, Voice VLAN, VTP, STP, PoE, Ether channel, HSRP, Routing Protocols etc.
- Verse with following Cisco Unified Communication Products CUCM 5.x, 6.x, 7.x.
- Cisco Unified Communication Express & Cisco Unity express Cisco Unity, CUE - Unity Connection - CUBE SP/ Ent.
- Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR Routers and Analog gateways)
- Cisco Unified Presence Server (CUPS)
- Cisco Unified Personal Communicator (CUPC)
- Gatekeepers and Gateway protocols: H323, SIP, MGCP, SCCP
- Excellent Communication skills
- Should be ready to work in 24*7 support with 3 rotational shifts
- Should be able to handle a single shift by self
